It’s important, essential to love what you do. I would argue that excelling in business over the next era will require the ability to turn on a dime, consistently rebuilding, consistently innovating. In today’s economy, you can make a living doing virtually anything. It will require a lot of innovation and tons of hard work. It’s not all about internet marketing, which of course is a common theme here. It’s about lifting your head up out of the sand and taking note of the tools you have at your disposal, choosing wisely and getting to work using them.

No matter what business you’re in, I guarantee you there are dozens of new ways to market yourself, streamline your operation and leverage your time. Have you taken note of these things and begun implementing them? This is what’s required. Loving what you do is what will give you the energy to constantly look ahead, constantly implement, constantly set new and higher goals. This is what’s required…not just a successful business, but a beautiful one.
